Fri to Mon in a newer 2019 3 bed van. Well worth paying the upgrade to get this, as it was spacious, clean & had all the mod cons you need (& the heating was great)! The indoor pool is good, but pretty small for such a big park. The food in the Mash & Barrel and Papa John’s is excellent, very good VFM. I don’t quite see how they can get everybody in to the LiveLounge in the summer, as it was pretty busy whilst we were there in mid Oct, so make sure you get there early. The staff we came in to contact with were all very friendly & efficient. Even though the weather was terrible, we all had a good time & I have no hesitation in recommending this park.
I had such a good time here, mostly because of the excellent staff👌they where all very helpful, kind and always busy, there was one employee at the mash and barrel who stood out to me, this was Laura Green, she was always on her feet and never stopped working☺another member of staff named tony was also very helpful however he does not play his own music at the lounge bar this disappoints me as I think tony may have a great taste of music😀the lifeguards where also very good especially Ben, this is because he was always counting how many people where in the pool putting our safety first😊the campsite was very well laid out, quiet and maintained. The entertainment here was to high standards and the funstars were brilliant. I made 2 lesbian friends here and this shows that the site accepts everybody.
I would definitely recommend coming here as it great family fun for all ages👍
