Caravan is well equipped with all mod cons including TV, DVD, Radio, Hairdryer, etc…It has a spacious, comfortable living room with seating for 8. The dining area has seating for 6. The Kitchen features a Microwave, Gas Hob and Oven and a fridge with ice box.

All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided . The Caravan sleeps 8 persons.

It has three bedrooms 1 Double and 2 Twin (Panel heating in bedrooms) seating in lounge converts into another double bed. Bathroom vanity unit and shower, Separate WC.

Outside is paved for parking, with table & bench seating, caravan is sited in a quite cul-de-sac and yet just a short walk to the amenities

Rockley Park Holiday Park is one of the premier Holiday Parks in England. Perfectly located on the Dorset coastline, next to the Ham Common Site of Scientific Interest, and spectacular views across Poole Harbour.

Rockley Park also has its own boat park, an award winning rural beach, Nearby is Hamworthy Lake which is excellent for coarse fishing.

It is let on a strictly non-smoking, no pets basis.
