loved every bit of it! the rooms were very clean when we arrived. great restaurants, staff were very kind and helpful, everything in the site is close by not to much of a walk! will definitely come again, 100% worth the money.
Just returned from a lovely weekend away. We paid for an upgrade to get checked in earlier and a prestige caravan. Lovely caravan, spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. The park itself is very good, clean, excellent mini market, very good arcades, pools nice, staff attentive good to see so many security personnel who really took their role seriously and didn't let in any non residents of the park! We will definitely return
Staying in 3 bay hollow with fab views over the water, Kerrie on reception was fantastic when I decided to upgrade our accommodation over the phone before arrival, check in was a breeze if you follow all the instructions before arrival. We felt very safe with the covid procedures in place and all the security and staff in mash and barrel were very friendly , we will be sad to go tomorrow after a much needed break in Dorset , well done haven.
I was a bit nervous about coming here after some of the negative reviews and the trouble others had with traffic nearby but we didn’t have to worry as traffic wasn’t a problem at all and we had a brilliant time! Our caravan was lovely and clean and the beds were really comfy and it was the best caravan we’ve ever stayed in for the way it looked. First few days were dry but a bit windy so we visited monkey world, tank museum, farmer palmers and used the indoor pool on site and crabbing one afternoon too. The end of the week was lovely and sunny so we went to Paultons park, sandbanks beach and Durdle door. Can't comment on activities on site as we like to go out and explore but the children enjoyed the indoor pool (outdoor was closed) the arcades and one night at the live lounge. We also ate at the mash and barrel twice and found it to be really nice. Overall a great stay and we would visit again.
