• The caravan or holiday home that you advertise must be owned or managed by you.
• All bookings are made between the owner of the caravan/holiday home and the person booking the caravan/holiday home. This website does not take any bookings.
• The cost is of advertising is for 1 year, failure to pay the cost of advertising may result in the removal of your advert.
  
• The uptime of this website cannot be guaranteed however we will make every effort to ensure that it is online at all times, we cannot be held responsible for events that are out of our control.
  
• All relevant personal details, including your full name and telephone number, are required before an advert can be placed on the website.
  
• Fees paid for the year are non-refundable.
  
• Invoices in respect of your advertisement on the website will be issued on the first of the following month unless a trial period has been agreed.
  
• The position of your advert thumb nail on the advert index page is not guaranteed and is allocated on a first come first served basis from the top down. If someone leaves the website then all thumb nails will move up by one.
