Had a lovely visit, However one niggle was checking in, we arrived at ten on Monday got our passes was told to come at 3 to get our Keys. So at 3 I went to get the keys and it was total chaos. I’ve never experienced this here in the multiple visits we done. To make matters worse due to health conditions we needed our accommodation in a certain area as we always ask before booking and never had a issue but this was not the case so I questioned it and was told I would be rang back soon, 75 mins and no call so I went to reception and spoke to Mark who resolved the issue in 10 mins so confused as to why his colleague I spoke did not do this , that being said the holiday was fantastic great shows loved bohemia
Joel has a great voice this is my favorite park. Have booked again for later in the year so would definitely recommend here X
We arrived and check in was very easy, the caravan was clean and tidy, with lots of space (we stayed in Rockley Vale). We visited the club house everyday of our holiday and the staff were always very friendly and welcoming. In particular, the staff in the Mash & Barrell were very friendly and attentive, nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they always seemed happy to see us!! The food at the Mash & Barrell was above average, with generous portions, really tasty food at amazing value for money (we recommend trying their chilli cheese chips or nachos with chilli 😋). Would 110% recommend a holiday at Rockley Park
ITs the small things that can make a difference and in this occasion i would like to congratulate all the staff. A very good level of customer service is provided. the bar staff are all very friendly and chatty. The sports staff are are great fun . The security are friendly and helpful. The reception staff quickly dealt with my one issue i had . And finally my children really enjoyed the activities with the park ranger.
Keep up the good work i will be back in October.
Had a lovely time. Accommodation was spotless and well equipped. The camp was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful . Roast dinner was better than expected in the mash and barrell. Will definitely visit again.
