Stayed in a prestige caravan with our dog. Caravan was lovely and clean and we could check in on time. Where we were was ideal for my husband that has mobility issues. We did choose your caravan this year which was a brilliant idea for those with mobility problems. Hopefully they will continue with this.Beach was only a short stroll away and was nice also the cafe there was a benefit. The Mash and Barrel was great as we could sit outside with the dog and eat. My daughter used the pool which she said can get busy and could do with an adult pool. We udes the fish and chip shop which was reasonable and nice food. We did not use the evening entertainment but did go to bingo a few times.
The on site shop had plenty of choice and ideal. The bus service on site was great for exploring and the group ticket made it a cheap day out.
The parek was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our break so much we have booked again for next year.
Staying in 3 bay hollow with fab views over the water, Kerrie on reception was fantastic when I decided to upgrade our accommodation over the phone before arrival, check in was a breeze if you follow all the instructions before arrival. We felt very safe with the covid procedures in place and all the security and staff in mash and barrel were very friendly , we will be sad to go tomorrow after a much needed break in Dorset , well done haven.
This year has been a record year for Holidays in the UK Next year is expected to be even better.
