Nature Rockz at Rockley Park Holiday Park

Review

We stayed at Rockley in August with the family, we arrived as planned for the 2pm check-in & all was good but very busy time of the day but got anything sorted & off to the caravan. Parking was allowed next to caravan which is very helpful & we had room for 2 cars. The caravan was all clean & tidy. We found we didn’t have bedding for the sofa bed but after calling reception this was sorted. Kitchen was good just didn’t have oven glove & were told we don’t provide them which I thought was strange ? We used the chip shop on site twice which was very good, kids used swimming pool which was busy & had to query to get in, amusement was good. We had our dog with use & it is great for him, with lots of walking areas & beach for him to run. We walked into Poole from the park is it 2.2 miles but nice & called into the park on the way. I would recommend & will return - thank you Haven 

Having not stayed in a haven holiday caravan since being a child I was nervous as to the quality we would find....I am very pleased to say I was pleasantly surprised!
We booked a deluxe caravan but I believe we must have been upgraded as the caravan was very modern and with added decking! Huge thank you to the cleaning team as the van was spotless! I was surprised at how spacious the living space and main bedroom were, with ample space for a toddler to play. We used the indoor swimming pool twice and the main play area. These were all ideal and safe for young children.
One improvement that could be made is more recycling bins around the resort as we had to walk ours up to the bins by the main building. That really is the only thing we could find fault in. We have a had a lovely break, and intend on making a haven holiday a yearly event!
